Terms of Service — Crave Robotics

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Crave Robotics, Inc. ("Crave Robotics," "we," "us," or "our"), including our automated CraveBot food kiosks, our website at www.craverobotics.co, our SMS messaging program, loyalty and rewards programs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing from a CraveBot, using our website, enrolling in our SMS program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

Crave Robotics operates automated food kiosks that store, heat, and dispense prepared meals. Meals are prepared by licensed commercial food producers, stored frozen, and robotically heated at the time of purchase. Product availability, menu items, and pricing vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Images of menu items are for illustration and may differ from the product dispensed.

3. Ordering & Payment

Purchases at CraveBot kiosks are made via the on-screen menu and paid at the point of sale using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other methods displayed at the machine). All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of order. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Refunds & Support

If your order fails to dispense, is dispensed incorrectly, or you experience a machine malfunction, contact us for support and we will make it right. The fastest way to reach us is to text "Support" to (626) 628-1392 or email help@craverobotics.co. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. We may ask for the machine location, approximate time of purchase, and payment details to locate your transaction.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

Allergen information is displayed for each menu item on the kiosk screen and on our website. Meals are produced in facilities that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, review allergen information carefully before purchasing. Meals are dispensed hot — handle with care. Consume meals promptly after dispensing and do not re-refrigerate or re-heat dispensed meals beyond the same day.

6. SMS Program Terms

Program name & description: The Crave Robotics SMS Program sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — including discount and QR promo codes, customer support replies, weekly trivia, and post-purchase surveys — to customers who opt in at a CraveBot machine or through our services. You opt in by texting a keyword shown on machine signage, scanning a QR code at a machine, or enrolling at checkout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Customer care: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at help@craverobotics.co or by texting "Support" to (626) 628-1392.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to end messages at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent.

Disclaimers: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Coupons, Promotions & Rewards

Promotional codes, QR coupons, discounts, and loyalty rewards are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Coupons are limited to one use per customer per transaction unless otherwise stated, may have expiration dates, and are void where prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse redemptions we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes: tampering with, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any CraveBot machine or its software; interfering with other customers' use of the Services; using the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempting to defraud us through chargebacks, coupon abuse, or false refund claims; and scraping, reverse-engineering, or disrupting our website or systems. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services — including the CraveBot name and design, Crave Robotics branding, logos, website content, software, and machine interfaces — are owned by Crave Robotics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Brand partner names and logos displayed on our machines and website are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVE ROBOTICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR MENU ITEM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION OR TIME.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVE ROBOTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crave Robotics from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You and Crave Robotics each waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
